Q. Is the group responsible for the driver's meal and lodgings?

A. The drivers normally takes care of their own meals, though if you wish to include the driver in group meals that is appreciated. We typically ask the group to take care of the drivers lodging, as it is beneficial to have the driver at the same hotel as the group and many times to the group gets a better rate than at a separate hotel.

Q. What are some of the travelling area that you service?

A. Enhance Bus services all major cities and town in Ontario including Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal and Quebec to name a few. We also have permission and insurance to travel in the USA (when restrictions lift and safe to do so).

Q. Do you have any other types of transportation vehicles?

A. We focus on small group travel with our 16 passenger mini buses, but we offer full transportation solutions. We can take care of all your needs such as limos, sedans, SUV's, and coaches. Just speak to our customer care staff.

Q. Will Enhance Bus Charters arrange for tickets at attractions or arrange tours?

A. We leave that up to the group. If you need help feel free to speak to our customer care department and they can refer you some of our tour companies we work with.

Q. Why is an itinerary needed and how far in advance do I need to provide it to you?

A. To provide an accurate price, and to ensure the driver is well-prepared, Enhance needs to know the details of your trip. Detailed or a simple email to our staff letting them know what you are expecting. A final itinerary is requested two weeks prior to departure.

Q. Is the driver gratuity included in the price of the charter bus?

A. It isn't included but its always encouraged and appreciated. We suggest that you bring 10-15% of your rental cost in cash and give it to your driver at the end of your trip.
